Description of Services
Creator Origin provides influencer marketing services connecting brands ("Clients") with influencers ("Influencers") for promotional campaigns. Our services include but are not limited to campaign management, influencer sourcing, content creation, and analytics reporting.
User Responsibilities
As an Influencer or Client using our services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate and truthful information to Creator Origin.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided by Creator Origin.
- Use the services solely for their intended purpose and not for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Creator Origin, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, website content, and campaign materials, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any such materials without our express written consent.
User Submissions
Influencers agree to provide accurate and authentic content in accordance with Client specifications and campaign guidelines. Clients agree to provide accurate briefs and campaign requirements to Influencers. All submissions (including but not limited to posts, videos, and images) must comply with our content guidelines.
Payment Terms
Clients agree to compensate Creator Origin for services rendered based on agreed-upon terms and conditions. Influencers agree to receive compensation as outlined in their agreements with Creator Origin.
Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
Limitation of Liability
Creator Origin is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of our services or inability to use our services.
Termination
Creator Origin reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creator Origin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Los Angeles, California, in the English language.

Creator Origin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
